In Vodice, at a distance of about 1000 meters from the city center, i.e. only 750 meters from the well-maintained beach, four luxury villas under construction are for sale. From the living room there is access to two spacious covered terraces with a total area of 69.60 m/2, one of which also serves as a pool sunbathing area. The internal stairs further lead to the first floor, where there are four bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom, and the total net area of the floor is 119.50 m/2.
